TD- Product Manager
About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery and problem framing by combining user insights, market understanding, business context and data-driven analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into product plans, feature direction and release roadmaps, balancing business value, user impact, feasibility, risks and dependencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, data and UX teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality, scalable product outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and MVP definition through launch, adoption, enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Drive prioritization decisions using product management frameworks informed by value, customer needs, strategic fit, technical feasibility, cost-to-serve and delivery capacity.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, value metrics and outcome measures to assess performance, track realized benefits and inform ongoing investment decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business, influencing stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment on product direction and priorities.
- Support business case development, go-to-market readiness, stakeholder updates and executive communications related to product strategy and progress.
- Apply value management practices to support business case development, benefits definition, value realization tracking and executive discussions on product investment choices.
- Apply deep sector or domain expertise to inform use cases, workflows and product decisions; life sciences or healthcare knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Guide and mentor junior product professionals and contribute to product management best practices, playbooks and reusable assets.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends and innovation opportunities that may enhance product value and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital product delivery, business transformation or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap and measurable value outcomes.
- Working experience with product and delivery management tools including Jira, Aha! and Azure DevOps for roadmap planning, backlog management, sprint tracking, prioritization, release planning and cross-functional delivery governance.
- Strong experience managing digital products, platforms or transformation initiatives in cross-functional and global delivery environments.
- Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize investments, manage roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes through strong product management discipline.
- Strong understanding of product management practices including discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, MVP definition, lifecycle management, value measurement and benefits realization.
- Experience contributing to value cases, investment prioritization, KPI definition and value realization tracking for digital products or platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with business leaders, engineers, architects, designers and data teams.
- Experience in at least one sector or domain with the ability to apply contextual knowledge to product strategy and design.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and experience leading complex initiatives with quality, governance and delivery discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Awareness of emerging technologies, analytics or automation capabilities that may support digital product innovation.
- Fundamental knowledge of and some experience with GenAI or Agentic AI concepts and use cases will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments, especially life sciences, healthcare or adjacent sectors.
- Exposure to design thinking, customer journey mapping, service design and user-centric product development approaches.
- Exposure to value management, benefits realization, OKRs, product analytics or portfolio value tracking is desirable.
- Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Cloud or related disciplines.
