About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand Oracle Recruitment Cloud requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality and performance of Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
- Provide guidance and support to end users in utilizing Oracle Recruitment Cloud features within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Participate in project planning and management activities related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Recruitment Cloud solutions with other systems.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and updates related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud functionality.
- Assist in the documentation of Oracle Recruitment Cloud learn processes and configurations.
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities for Oracle Recruitment Cloud modules within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Oracle Recruitment Cloud for at least 2 implementation projects
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding Oracle Recruitment Cloud processes and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security and access controls related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Core HR modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruitment cloud is preferred.
- Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support for Oracle Recruitment Cloud functionalities
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulations related to Oracle Recruitment Cloud
