The Opportunity
We are seeking a Technology Risk professional with expertise across ERP platforms, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), emerging AI technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end risk assurance, advisory, and transformation services to global clients. The successful candidate will help organizations navigate complex transformation programs involving ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and emerging AI technologies by combining business acumen, technology expertise, and risk management capabilities. The role also requires driving innovation, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Technology Risk, IT Audit, ERP transformation Risk, and AI/ML Assurance engagements.
- Provide risk and control advisory services for ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP ECC/S4Hana, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
- Evaluate ERP security, access management, segregation of duties (SoD), configuration management, and business process controls.
- Perform risk assessments, test IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), interface controls, security controls, and business process controls.
- Support Pre or Post-Implementation Assessments (PIA), system implementation projects, migration assessments, SDLC reviews, and data conversion testing.
- Assess governance, risk, control, security, privacy, and compliance considerations for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Support AI assurance engagements including AI governance reviews, AI PIA assessments, model risk management, and responsible AI evaluations.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, ERP Controls, or Technology Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4HANA) or Oracle EBS/Fusion, or other ERPs.
- Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), including User Access Management, Change Management, Job Monitoring, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Sensitive Access (SA) analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IT Application Controls (ITACs- Configuration Testing) across key business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience in ERP implementation reviews, migration testing, control testing, and financial process controls.
- Understanding of cloud security concepts and platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including IAM, PAM, RBAC, networking, encryption, logging, monitoring, resilience, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, client management, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree/CA/CPA and approximately 3-6 years of related work experience.
- Excellent teaming skills, with ability to train, coach and manage staff.
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Preferred - Industry related certification required (e.g., CISA, CISSP); non-certified hires are required to become certified within 6months from the date of hire.
