To qualify for the role you must have:
Qualification
- A post graduate degree preferably MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 B School
Experience
- 6-12 years of experience post MBA in HR role (compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, performance management etc.)
