About this role
The Opportunity
The AI Solution & Transformation Architect (Tech Managed Service) will design and propose AI-first Managed Services solutions across Data Managed Service, Application Managed Services (AMS), and AI as a Service sub solutions. The role focuses on embedding agentic workflows, and automation, AI-driven productivity, build compelling sector and tool specific deep AI led client impact narratives, transformation solution pricing and commercial business case constructs within the managed service pursuits to create scalable, outcome-based delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI solutioning for large Tech Managed Service RFP/RFIs
- Define AI driven productivity commitments backed by automation roadmap
- Developing ROI and TCO-backed AI Narrative
- Develop AI-integrated operating models
- Reimagination of traditional TechOps operating models with Agentic possibilities
- AI-backed value engineering & commercial differentiation
- Design end to end AI architectures across LLMs, NLP, RAG, Agent skills, Knowledge graph, vector databases, and predictive analytics.
- Engage with Deal Architect /Team in workshops, discovery sessions, and design sessions
- Create managed service pursuit slide decks with deeply infused client context
- Perform sector specific and Tool specific AI research and publish point of view / thought leadership papers on periodic basis
- Constantly research, learn, maintain and collaborate with EY.ai Tech MS relevant assets & tools landscape and EY global stakeholder group
- Deep collaboration with super region leaders, client partners and leadership teams
- Lead POCs, MVPs, and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities into Tech MS solution offerings
- Perform AI maturity assessments
- Design responsible AI and agentic AI guardrails as per client’s policies
- Perform Fin Ops analysis/ AI services and token cost estimates
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Experience and expertise in enterprise observability and AIOps landscape and solutioning (E.g. Dynatrace, Datadog, New relic, SAP Could ALM etc)
- Expertise and experience in multiple agentic AI platforms, architecture and automation tools (E.g. Azure AI foundry, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, SAP BTP & Business AI Platform, SNOW assist, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, UIpath, SAP Signavio, Celonis Process Intelligence etc)
- Extremely proficient in client story telling & presentation – verbal as well as powerpoint slides
- Data engineering proficiency (SQL, ETL pipelines, streaming, data lakes) and understanding of Data engineering agents
- Understanding of enterprise security, identity, compliance, and governance in AI deployments.
- Experience in agentic solution design, build and deployment, Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, GenAI, RAG, Prompt engineering & model tuning
- Experience in Technology Managed Service pre-sales & solutioning as Solution Architect
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 15+ years of overall consulting, pre-sales and managed service experience
- Engineering graduate
- Post graduation in AI & ML
- Azure AI Engineer / AI Architect / SNOW Assist / SAP AI Architect
- ITIL Foundation (for AMS solutioning)
- SAFe Certifications
- Certified Solution Architect
- Certified Enterprise Architect
- Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience and expertise of multiple SaaS tools and platforms (E.g. SAP, Salesforce, Servicenow, Guidewire etc)
- Pursuit solutioning experience (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
- Deep awareness of Technology Managed service competitive landscape
