Job Title : Supervising Associate - EDS
JD:
We are looking for an experienced Data Science professional (7–10 years overall experience) with minimum 4 years of hands-on Machine Learning expertise to lead and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time-series forecasting, and Statistical Modelling

Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Power BI
-
Ability to independently own projects from problem definition and solution design through delivery and business adoption
-
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
-
Experience mentoring junior team members and driving high-quality project outcomes
Good to Have:

Exposure to Generative AI, Deep Learning, AutoML, or Azure Cloud

Exposure to Data-Bricks
-
Expertise in R
-
Some exposure to People management
What You'll Do:

Design and develop scalable machine learning solutions for complex business problems

Lead multiple analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data-driven insights

Guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
