Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

1. Good understanding and knowledge about Salesforce platform with strong salesforce configuration skill and salesforce metadata types.
2. Working experience in Copado and previous work experience as Salesforce Release Manager.
3. Proficiency with Copado DevOps platform. Must have Copado Admin and Developer certification.
4. Experience with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, Azure.
5. Multi project working experience with agile/ scrum ceremonies and release governance.
6. Establish and enforce solid Git branching strategies within Copado to manage parallel releases and development teams.
7. Strong ability to design, develop and maintain automated deployment pipeline, release schedules and branching modules within Copado.
8. Ability to coordinate code promotion, user story, hot fixes, major releases while integrating Copado with Git based version control system.
9. Independently resolve deployment failures, merge conflicts to promote metadata deployment within timeline.
10. Ability to implement quality gates and static code analysis tool with Copado and version control tool.
11. Ability to integrate automatic or robotic testing tool.
12. Perform Copado back deployments and implement best practices within team.
13. Great ability to perform any pre & post deployment manual steps, prepare & run scripts in salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ability to work closely with developers, leads with internal and external stakeholders to streamline agile delivery.
2. Educate and onboard team members with Copado usage and best practices.
