Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Configuration and Customization : Set up and maintain Veeva CRM applications, including user profiles, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and page layouts.
Veeva Module Management : Develop and support specific Veeva features such as Call Planning , Approved Email , Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) , Events Management , and Veeva MyInsights .
System Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce and external ERP/data sources via REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as MuleSoft.
Coding and Automation : Write robust and reusable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Testing and debugging : Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure stable performance in test and production environments.
CI/CD and deployment : Manage code deployment and changes using Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
Technical Stack :
Strong skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
Experienced in using data tools such as Data Loader.
Certifications (preferred) :
Veeva Certified Administrator or Veeva CRM Developer .
