Job Summary

Define and own Oracle Retail XStore POS solution architecture for enterprise retail implementations. Design POS customizations, integrations, deployment strategies, and performance optimization solutions. Provide technical leadership across XStore development, deployment, and support teams. Architect integrations with RMS, RPM, XCenter, ERP, payment, loyalty, and third-party systems. Review solution designs, code quality, security, and scalability standards. Lead upgrade, modernization, cloud migration, and store rollout initiatives. Support estimation, technical governance, and stakeholder discussions.
