Job Summary

Seeking a New Relic Monitoring Engineer with hands-on experience in infrastructure, server, database, and cloud monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing monitoring solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage New Relic monitoring for servers, databases, applications, and cloud platforms. Create dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive issue detection. Monitor Windows/Linux servers, Oracle/MSSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS). Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification. Integrate monitoring with incident management and ticketing tools. Support monitoring standards, automation, and operational improvements.

Skill Requirements

3+ years of experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools. Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux server administration. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases. Knowledge of Azure/AWS infrastructure monitoring. Understanding of infrastructure components such as CPU, Memory, Storage, and Network monitoring. Experience with alert management, dashboard creation, and incident handling. Basic scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) preferred.
