Job Summary

Strong experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) technical customization and support. Hands-on expertise in OTM Agents, Automation Agents, Actions, and Workflows.Experience with Integration using XML, SOAP/REST APIs, OTM XML, and web services.Knowledge of OTM/GTM data model, transmission management, and integration architecture.Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database troubleshooting. Experience in custom screens, reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports.Hands-on with FBDI, CSV/XML file integrations, middleware (OIC/MuleSoft preferred).Strong troubleshooting skills for production support, log analysis, and interface monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support OTM technical solutions and integrations. Build and maintain OTM agents, workflows, custom reports, and automation components. Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents. Collaborate with functional teams to deliver transportation and logistics enhancements. Support deployments, testing, and post-production hypercare activities.
