Senior Technical Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for providing production support, troubleshooting Salesforce application issues, and delivering technical enhancements while ensuring system stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce production incidents and service requests.
2. Perform root cause analysis and implement code fixes for Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations.
3. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and security settings as required.
4. Execute and support data loads, data corrections, and data quality improvement activities using approved tools.
5. Coordinate with business users and functional teams to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
6. Pick up development and enhancement items from Jira when business priorities require additional development support.
7. Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations following established development standards.
8. Document technical solutions, production fixes, and deployment activities.
9. Participate in release activities, regression testing, and post-deployment support.

Skill Requirements

• Salesforce Administration and Configuration
• Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
• Data Loader and data migration activities
• Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting
• Experience with Jira, Git, and deployment processes
