SAP S/4HANA Test Lead

Job Summary

The Test Lead for SAP S/4HANA Testing will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The role involves leading a team to ensure the quality and accuracy of the SAP system, identifying defects, and working closely with the project team to deliver a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop test plans and test cases for sap s/4hana modules based on business requirements
2. Lead and coordinate testing activities including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
3. Conduct defect management and resolution process to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality sap system
4. Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the testing phase
5. Provide status reports, issue logs, and test metrics to project stakeholders
6. Mentor and train team members on sap s/4hana testing best practices

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth understanding of sap s/4hana modules and testing methodologies
2. Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and executing tests in sap s/4hana environment
3. Knowledge of defect management tools and processes specific to sap projects
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams
