Job Summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Enterprise Application Integration, Functional Analysis, and Requirements Management to support global business initiatives. The role focuses on bridging business requirements with technical implementation across enterprise platforms including SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM (SFDC), and Finance systems through enterprise integration solutions, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Middleware/Systems Integrations environments and demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities Business & Requirements Analysis Gather, analyze, and document complex business and integration requirements across multiple business domains. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and integration requirements. Conduct Gap Analysis to identify process improvements, system enhancement opportunities, and solution alternatives. Create user stories, use cases, business workflows, and functional process models. Partner with business stakeholders to validate, refine, and prioritize requirements. Enterprise Systems & Business Process Expertise Analyze and support business processes across ERP (S4 Hana), CRM (Salesforce/SFDC), and Accounting/Finance platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Customer Relationship Management processes. Translate cross-functional business requirements into integrated solution designs spanning ERP, CRM, and downstream enterprise applications. Assess impacts of business process changes across interconnected systems and integrations. Integration & Functional Architecture Lead functional analysis for enterprise-level system integrations utilizing IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE), SAP Advanced Event Mesh or equivalent Event Driven tools, Open source based microservices. Define end-to-end integration workflows and ensure seamless data exchange between global business applications. Develop comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), integration specifications, and data mapping documents. Design and document End-to-End (E2E) integration sequences, interface specifications, and message transformation requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business rules and integration logic. Documentation & Process Modeling Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, integration solution approach documents, and data mapping specifications. Create process flow diagrams, integration flowcharts, wireframes, and functional mockups using industry-standard tools. Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Document current-state and future-state business processes. Testing & Quality Assurance Coordinate functional testing efforts with business stakeholders and QA teams. Validate system behavior against documented requirements and acceptance criteria. Support SIT, UAT, patch releases, and version upgrade testing activities. Ensure defects are analyzed, documented, and resolved in alignment with business expectations. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between business users, integration teams, developers, and QA teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution review meetings. Drive alignment between business objectives and technical solution delivery. Support project governance activities and provide functional guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst. Hands-on experience working in enterprise integration environments.
