Oracle Fusion HCM functional Consultant

We would like you to bring along

• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules

• Minimum 4 implementation experiences as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

• Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design within Oracle Fusion HCM

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules

• Experience writing and configuring Fast Formulas

• Strong understanding of AIM and OUM implementation processes, phases, and documentation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
