Technical Architect - BO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical roadmap for Back Office systems (Oracle ERP)

• Drive system modernization, performance optimization, and re-architecture initiatives

• Own architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across Oracle ecosystem

• Define and oversee integration strategy using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Deliver reporting and document outputs using BI Publisher (BIP)

• Build and oversee extensions / custom UI apps using VBCS

• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles

• Support solution estimation, POCs, production rollout planning, and post-go-live stability

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Oracle architecture experience across ERP landscape

• Strong expertise in: o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or BI Publisher (BIP) o Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

• Solid understanding of API design, integration monitoring, and error handling frameworks

• Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders Nice-to-Have

• Oracle certifications / TOGAF

• Exposure to event-driven architecture, microservices, middleware

• DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, logging & monitoring)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent

• Overall 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in enterprise architecture / technical leadership roles

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
