Requirements
• Experience : 11+ years
• Strong experience in enterprise application development, architecture, and technology solutioning with at least 5 years of experience on Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and enterprise Power Platform architecture
• Mandatory experience with Copilot Studio including enterprise copilot design, orchestration, and implementation
• Proven experience embedding Generative AI and AI-in-ADLC practices across enterprise application delivery lifecycles
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering, prompt lifecycle management, grounding strategies, and AI solution architecture
• Strong experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide Power Platform transformation programs
• Expertise in Power Platform ALM, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment models
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, scalability, and security best practices
• Hands-on integration experience with Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and AI-powered enterprise automation solutions is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of identity management, OAuth2, SSO, Entra ID, DLP policies, compliance, and enterprise security frameworks
• Experience designing reusable components, accelerators, and AI governance frameworks for enterprise adoption
• Strong presales and client engagement experience including RFP strategy, solution creation, estimations, demos, and executive presentations
• Ability to engage with CxOs, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery leaders in strategic transformation discussions
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP is an added advantage
• Knowledge of composable enterprise architecture, domain-driven design, and AI-driven automation strategies is preferred
• Prior experience establishing Power Platform or AI Centres of Excellence in enterprise environments is desirable
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation-driven mindset with ability to drive measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled solutions
Responsibilities
• Design and architect enterprise-grade, AI-first solutions on Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Define scalable and secure architecture patterns for Generative AI, conversational agents, intelligent workflows, AI plugins, and enterprise copilots
• Lead end-to-end Copilot Studio implementations including topic design, orchestration, plugin architecture, grounding strategies, and enterprise integrations
• Drive AI-in-ADLC initiatives including AI-assisted requirement analysis, prompt-driven solution design, AI-supported development, testing, and documentation
• Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and governance models across Power Platform and AI programs
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable solution blueprints with strong focus on security, performance, availability, and maintainability
• Design robust integration architectures with Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure services, REST APIs, and event-driven enterprise systems
• Establish prompt engineering standards including role prompts, system prompts, evaluation frameworks, grounding strategies, and hallucination mitigation approaches
• Drive responsible AI practices covering compliance, security, data privacy, governance, and ethical AI adoption
• Evaluate and onboard emerging Microsoft AI capabilities including Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Copilot extensibility, and related AI services
• Lead architecture reviews, performance tuning, and governance activities for Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions
• Define and implement enterprise security architecture covering Entra ID, OAuth2, SSO, DLP, tenant isolation, compliance, and auditability
• Establish lifecycle governance, versioning, deployment standards, and monitoring frameworks for AI-powered applications
• Mentor and guide architects, technical leads, and developers in AI-native solutioning and enterprise Power Platform best practices
• Build competency development programs and certification pathways for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI capabilities
• Drive adoption of DevOps, ALM, CI/CD, and AI-assisted engineering practices across programs
• Lead AI-focused presales engagements including solutioning, estimations, proposals, PoCs, demonstrations, and executive presentations
• Conduct client architecture walkthroughs, solution defense discussions, and CxO-level technology advisory sessions
• Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to strengthen AI-powered Power Platform offerings
