We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time stream processing and event-driven architectures.
- Extensive experience with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Producers, Consumers, Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry.
- Proficiency in developing scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency streaming applications.
- Strong knowledge of event streaming, stateful stream processing, windowing, checkpointing, and exactly-once processing semantics.
- Experience with Java/Scala (preferred) and understanding of distributed systems concepts.
- Familiarity with data serialization formats such as Avro, Protobuf, and JSON.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of streaming applications.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive discussions, solution design, and technical decision-making.
