We are currently seeking a Technical Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are hiring a nan GD Offshore - Technical Architect within the Automation & DevOps domain. This role is responsible for SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM - Financial Platforms SOX Separation Of Duties Run Team supporting deployments, platform changes, and platform technical support and monitoring and auditing; Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence support (deployments, monitoring and auditing), ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Responsibility: SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM - Financial Platforms SOX Separation Of Duties Run Team supporting deployments, platform changes, and platform technical support and monitoring and auditing; Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence support (deployments, monitoring and auditing)

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

• Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

• Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
