We are currently seeking a Production Support Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle Database with the ability to query and troubleshoot database-related issues.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
• Splunk
• AppDynamics
• Grafana
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.
• Experience in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
• Ability to implement and manage changes in the environment.
• Exposure to AI Automation and automation-driven support processes.
