We are currently seeking a Salesforce Agent force Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Salesforce Agentforce Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and exposure to Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions and automations.
• Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Support case, lead, opportunity, and knowledge management processes.
• Participate in testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Work with stakeholders and senior team members to deliver Salesforce enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security concepts.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
