- Technical Development
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts
- Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios
- Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM)
- Integrations & Interfaces
- Develop and support integrations using:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Middleware
- Handle inbound/outbound interfaces between:
- Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banking, etc.)
- Manage data transformation and mapping .
