What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and support technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
• Manage integrations and ensure smooth data flow between systems
• Work on implementation and support activities

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Technical Development
• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts
• Develop Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and compensation scenarios
• Configure and customize HCM workflows (BPM)
• Integrations & Interfaces
• Develop and support integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Middleware
• Handle inbound/outbound interfaces between:
• Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banking, etc.)
• Manage data transformation and mapping .
