Senior OIC Integration Technical Consultant

Provide L3-level support and technical ownership for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) within a managed services environment Design, enhance, and optimize integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, third-party SaaS products, and on‑premise systems Support and improve existing integrations, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to SLA/KPI commitments Apply strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS and PaaS extension and integration patterns to drive continual service improvement Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including fault handling, reprocessing, and recovery Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across Oracle SaaS, OIC, and OCI-based integrations Work closely with functional teams and customers, using knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HCM, and SCM to deliver business-aligned solutions
