Job Title: Automation Engineer – Digital Workers to AI Agent Transformation
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 3-7 years of experience with hands-on in
Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows) and strong Python development
expertise. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing Power Automate workflows,
redesigning them, and converting them into scalable Python-based automation solutions.
The role involves workflow migration, API integrations, web automation, process optimization,
logging/error handling, and enterprise automation development. Experience with AI-driven
automation or intelligent agents would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
● Analyze existing Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows.
● Convert low-code/no-code workflows into Python-based automation/AI solutions.
● Develop scalable and maintainable automation scripts using Python.
● Implement API integrations, file handling, web automation, and desktop automation.
● Re-engineer business workflows for better performance and maintainability.
● Work with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
● Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and migration plans.
● Develop reusable automation frameworks and utilities.
● Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
● Support UAT, deployment, and production release activities.
● Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize execution performance.
● Exposure to AI agents, LLM integrations, or intelligent process automation is an added
advantage.

Power Platform
● Strong experience with:
o Power Automate Cloud Flows

o Connectors, approvals, triggers, and actions
o UI automation and attended/unattended flows

Soft Skill

Python Development
● Strong Python programming skills
● Experience with:
o TagUI
o Pandas
o Requests/API handling

● Web scraping/browser automation
