Quality Analyst (QA)

Role Objective

Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate,

compliant and aligned with client policies.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification form.

● Validate order details units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details.

● Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.

● Document errors, categorize by severity, and Submit RCA.

● Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors.

● Maintain audit logs and compliance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Operations).

● Work Schedule 24x7 rotation shifts

● 2–4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO

processes.

● Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

● Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.

● Excellent written and spoken English skills

● Effective written and verbal communication.

● Effective coaching and remedial skills
