Summary:
As a Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to optimize performance. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Daily activities also include utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver efficient and reliable application support, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow - Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and automation workflows.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
