This is a very niche area in the HRST domain and is not really adjacent to the expanded skillset we will be expecting in our managers. Would suggest to see if we want to remove it.

 Removed

Wondering if this is aspirational for M than being something that’s day to day. This is quite strategic that our Level 6 and above may be involved in. Will suggest that we take it out from here and keep it in level 6 description.

 Moving to SM JD, thanks!

Added this to at least have some exp. with global clients and not a total internal cap dev experience.

Is this additional info or Preferred/desirable experience that we are looking for? May want to look at the verbiage.

Also, the section headers in this are different than that in the SM one. You may want to see if the structure needs to be consistent.
