 Updated

This can be construed to be soliciting internal cap dev lead type of experience. Are we looking at that?

Would suggest modifying it to ask for experience in talent and learning strategy design and dev experience with global clients – that has to be proven experience.

 Updated

This is again indicating we are looking for internal cap dev type of experience. May want to change the verbiage to explicitly call out experience working with global clients.
