Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer with 6 years of experience to design and deliver industry‑specific CRM solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). You will work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to implement Quote‑to‑Order, CPQ, and Order Management solutions leveraging native Vlocity capabilities with minimal customization.

Your Profile

• Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using out‑of‑the‑box components and best practices.
• Work across Vlocity CPQ / EPC, Quote‑to‑Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of industry‑specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities domains.
• Perform systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
• Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
• Read and understand front‑end technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to support UI configuration and troubleshooting.
• Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs; working knowledge of SOAP APIs is an added advantage.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, leading whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.
• Communicate clearly through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
• Mandatory: Hands‑on experience in Vlocity development and Salesforce implementation with strong exposure to Vlocity CPQ / EPC.
