Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, specifically Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). The consultant will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting FCCS applications, financial consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, account reconciliations, and close management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial consolidation and reporting. Configure FCCS dimensions, metadata, business rules, data forms, and security. Implement consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and translation rules. Design and support data integrations using Data Management/Data Integration, EPM Automate, and related tools. Develop financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates. Perform application testing, deployment, and production support activities. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide root cause analysis. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to improve close and consolidation processes. Mentor junior consultants and support presales/proposal activities when required.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS.Deep understanding of:

Experience with Data Integration/Data Management. Knowledge of EPM Automate and Smart View. Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial close processes. Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
