Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement and Order Management modules based on business needs.
• Design and implement end-to-end P2P and O2C business processes.
• Configure procurement workflows, approvals, supplier onboarding, sourcing, and purchasing processes.
• Configure order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and invoicing processes.
• Support data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDI templates.
• Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and conversions.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
