Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Drive structured migration of technology, data, and operations functions with minimal disruption and controlled risk.
• 2. Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful transitions.
• 3. Ensure service continuity and stable performance during and after transition phases.
• 4. Leverage automation, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• 5. Design and implement technology and data infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data pipelines, security, and access controls.
• 6. Ensure infrastructure is secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• 7. Coordinate data migration, environment setup, testing, and system stability across global teams.
• 8. Foster alignment with organizational culture, values, and ways of working across geographically distributed teams.
• 9. Enable collaboration through structured communication, leadership engagement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• 10. Promote a high-performance, innovation-driven, and collaborative work environment.
• 11. Own transition planning including sequencing, readiness assessment, capacity planning, and risk management.
• 12. Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure clear stakeholder accountability across programs.
• 12. Drive process standardization, operational clarity, and KPI definition across teams.
• 13. Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• 14. Oversee knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and operational readiness to achieve steady-state operations.
• 15. Monitor key performance metrics such as efficiency, cycle time, quality, and service reliability post-transition.
• 16. Establish and manage end-to-end technology and data governance frameworks, including security, access management, and data quality.
• 17. Ensure infrastructure readiness for scalability, automation, and future technology adoption.
• 18. Build and enable high-performing global capability teams focused on operational excellence and digital maturity.
• 19. Drive continuous improvement using analytics and performance insights.
