IT&DATA Sr. Product Analyst FP&A

Support the Product Owner by acting as the senior functional bridge between Finance business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams for the Finance Accounting and Master Data scope. The role protects and evolves the Themis Finance core model by independently challenging and validating functional designs, configuration decisions, integrations, testing and deployment deliverables. It addresses the current internal capability gap by bringing practical SAP Finance deployment expertise into the Product Team, retaining critical knowledge internally and reducing dependency on external experts. This is an L8 role because it requires experienced judgement, autonomy and the authority to validate complex work with global and cross-process impact.
