Roles & Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of OpenText and VIM implementation or enhancement projects within scope, time, and budget. - Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps for multiple concurrent initiatives. - Drive requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for OpenText and VIM solutions. - Establish and track KPIs, project status, and progress; provide regular, transparent reporting to leadership and stakeholders. OpenText & VIM Solution Leadership - Oversee design, configuration, and integration of OpenText and VIM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards. - Guide teams in troubleshooting complex issues related to OpenText content management, archiving, and VIM invoice processing workflows. - Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure optimal use of OpenText API for integrations and customizations. - Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security by enforcing best practices and standards across the OpenText landscape. Technical Requirements Domain->SDN-NFV->Virtualized Infrastructure Manager (VIM),Technology->Content Management->Opentext CMS Additional Bachelor’s degree in B.E, B.Tech, BSC, or BCA from a recognized institution. - 9–15 years of overall IT experience, with substantial exposure to enterprise content management or ERP-related projects. - Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects involving OpenText as a core platform. - Strong hands-on or close working experience with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) in implementation, enhancement, or support projects. - Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, and change management practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive project leadership experience in complex OpenText and VIM landscapes, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations. - Practical experience overseeing or guiding development using OpenText API for system integrations, extensions, or custom workflows. - Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-phase OpenText/VIM projects in large or global organizations. - Experience coordinating with ERP (e.g., SAP) or finance teams to streamline end-to-end invoice processing and document management processes. - Strong skills in stakeholder management, including senior business leaders, with the ability to influence decisions and drive consensus. - Experience setting up and managing project governance, quality assurance processes, and documentation standards for OpenText/VIM initiatives.
