Oracle Lease account Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Oracle Lease account Consultant. The position will primarily be for implementing Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting solutions to support ASC 842 / IFRS 16 compliance, lease lifecycle management, accounting automation, and reporting based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to drive the CRP sessions, Data Conversion Workshops, Data Configuration, Fit-Gap analysis for requirements, Design Solution, perform SIT, support UAT and troubleshoot the functional issues during Cutover & Hypercare on the SaaS applications. Interact with customer process owners and SMEs to understand and analyze various processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Ability to deliver under strict timelines. Good communication and customer-facing skills
• • Lead requirement gathering and solution design for lease accounting processes.
• • Configure Lease Accounting Cloud including:
• • Lease Creation and Amendments
• • Lease Activation and Termination
• • Rent Escalations
• • Variable Lease Payments
• • Short-Term and Long-Term Lease Classification
• • Subleases
• • Configure lease accounting treatments including:
• • Right-of-Use (ROU) Assets
• • Lease Liability Calculations
• • Amortization Schedules
• • Interest Accruals
• • Support migration of lease data from legacy systems and third-party lease applications.
• • Design integrations with AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• • Prepare accounting and disclosure reports for compliance requirements.
• • Conduct testing, reconciliation, training, and go-live support activities.
• • Support audit requests and lease accounting governance processes.

Technical Requirements

• • 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with at least 1–2 Lease Accounting cloud end-end implementations.
• • Strong knowledge of ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
• • Experience with lease lifecycle management and lease accounting processes.
• • Understanding of AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and Subledger Accounting.
• • Good awareness of the available Out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations in Oracle Lease accounting.
• • Thorough understanding of upstream process flows with which lease accounting has integration.
