About this role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Test Salesforce workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Perform data migration and data validation testing.
- Execute API testing for Salesforce integrations.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
