SFDC Test lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, and project managers.
• Review business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for test coverage.
• Oversee Functional, Regression, System Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, approval processes, and integrations.
• Lead defect triage meetings and track defect resolution.
• Manage testing deliverables, status reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and guide QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
