We are currently seeking a SAP_Datasphere_SAC_Developer Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Data Cloud/Datasphere & SAC Analytics Architect/Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale analytics solutions. This role requires deep expertise in semantic modeling, data architecture, and advanced analytics development across SAP’s cloud data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Business Data Cloud / SAP Datasphere Leadership

- Architect and implement enterprise‑grade semantic models, analytical datasets, and business data layers.

- Lead integration enterprise strategies between SAP Business Data Cloud, Datasphere and SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, HANA, BTP, and other cloud data sources (Snowflake or Databricks).

- Design data modeling frameworks, reusable objects, and governance standards.

- Drive performance optimization of data pipelines, transformations, and replication strategies.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata standards, and security policies.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Business Data Fabric and Data Mesh design.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Expertise

- Develop complex SAC dashboards, analytic applications, and KPI‑rich visualizations.

- Build scalable SAC models aligned with Datasphere semantics.

- Implement advanced scripting using Analytics Designer.

- Lead design standards, UX frameworks, and enterprise KPI definitions.

- Manage SAC lifecycles within BDC and standalone tenants including transport, versioning, and security.

Strategic Collaboration

- Translate business needs into enterprise data products.

- Mentor junior developers and analysts.

- Partner with architects and data teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

- Influence roadmap development for Datasphere, SAC, and analytics modernization.

Operational Excellence

- Lead troubleshooting across modeling layers and optimize performance.

- Produce documentation, modeling standards, and reusable templates.

- Participate in governance and architecture forums.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years in SAP Analytics with deep SAC and SAP data modeling expertise.

- 5+ years hands‑on with SAP Datasphere

- Experience with BW/HANA modeling and Layered Scalable Architecture++ (LSA++) design.

- Mastery of semantic modeling, datasets, Spaces, analytical models, and data flows.

- Good technical understanding of Virtual Data Model (VDM) and CDS (Core Data Services) Views.

- Experience integrating with S/4HANA, Integrated Business Planning, Ariba, SuccessFactors, HANA, Datasphere, and SAP BTP.

- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP BTP services.

- Exposure to SAP Business Data Cloud and Data Product concepts.

- SAC Planning expertise.

- Certifications in SAC, Datasphere, HANA, or BW.

- Technical fluency in ABAP, SQL, Python, and modern modeling frameworks.
