⚠️ Oracle Integration Cloud Professionals

Many teams have migrated to OIC Gen3.

But have they actually changed the way they work?

We've seen projects where teams are still:
• Building integrations from scratch every time
• Relying heavily on manual monitoring
• Using batch jobs where real-time integrations make more sense
• Missing opportunities for reuse and automation

Technology upgrades only create value when working practices evolve too.

🤔 What's the biggest improvement your team adopted after moving to OIC Gen3?

LanverseAccenture · 21 Jun 2026

📉 Accenture's stock recently saw a sharp decline after weaker-than-expected bookings and a cautious outlook, triggering pressure across several Indian IT stocks as well.

At the same time, companies continue to invest heavily in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

This raises an important question for IT professionals:

🤔 Will AI create more demand for IT services and consulting, or reduce the need for traditional outsourcing projects?

What's your view on the future of the IT industry over the next 5 years?

LanverseInterview Experience · 20 Jun 2026

Oracle Fusion & OIC interviews are no longer just about definitions.

Earlier, interviewers asked things like:

  • What is an OIC adapter?
  • What is HDL?
  • What is BI Publisher bursting?
  • How do you call a REST API from OIC?

But for senior roles, the questions are changing.

Now they ask:

“Your OIC integration failed in production at 2 AM. What will you do?”

This question is not only about checking logs.

A strong answer should explain:

✅ Business impact
✅ Failed records
✅ Root cause analysis
✅ Safe recovery
✅ Stakeholder communication
✅ Retry and error-handling design
✅ Permanent fix after production recovery

That is what separates a developer-level answer from a senior consultant-level answer.

I have shared a detailed blog on Lanverse covering 3 real senior-level scenarios:

1️⃣ OIC production integration failure
2️⃣ HDL migration with high error rate
3️⃣ Security risk before go-live

📱 Should governments be able to temporarily block platforms like Telegram to prevent fraud?

Recent reports about restrictions on Telegram during the NEET examination period have sparked a broader debate around technology, regulation, and public interest.

Supporters argue that strong action is necessary to prevent exam fraud, misinformation, and illegal activities.

Critics believe platform-wide restrictions affect millions of legitimate users who rely on messaging apps for work, education, communities, and business communication.

🤔 What's your view?

✅ Temporary restrictions are justified when public interest is at stake.

OR

❌ Entire platforms should not be restricted because of misuse by a small group of users.

⚠️ The biggest Oracle interview mistake I see...

Many candidates spend weeks preparing answers for:

✅ REST APIs
✅ SOAP Services
✅ OIC Integrations
✅ BI Publisher
✅ SQL & PLSQL

Then the interviewer asks:

"Tell me about a project that failed."

And suddenly the room goes quiet.

Most interviewers already assume you can learn a technology.

What they're trying to understand is:

  • Can you handle pressure?

  • Can you solve problems?

  • Can you work through production issues?

  • Can you communicate with business users?

Technical knowledge gets you shortlisted.

Project stories often get you selected.

If you have 4+ years of experience, what's the most challenging production issue you've ever worked on?

🎯 Oracle Interview Question

Which type of interview questions do you find harder?

1️⃣ Technical Questions
"What is the difference between REST and SOAP?"
"How do you use Stage File in OIC?"
"What is a Bursting Control File in BI Publisher?"

OR

2️⃣ Situation-Based Questions
"Tell me about a production issue you handled."
"What was your most complex integration?"
"Describe a go-live challenge and how you resolved it."

Many Oracle professionals can answer technical questions.

The real challenge is explaining what happened when things went wrong in a live project and how you handled it.

What's tougher for you and why? 👇

📖 We've been documenting real Oracle interview experiences and questions from Fusion, OIC, BI Publisher, and EBS professionals on Lanverse.

💰 Accenture's New Salary Hike Approach: Good or Bad?

Reports suggest that during the June 2026 salary cycle, a portion of employee increments may be paid as a one-time bonus while the remaining amount is added to fixed salary.
This has sparked an interesting debate among IT professionals.
Some believe higher fixed pay is better because future hikes and job offers are usually based on base salary.
Others feel one-time pay-outs provide immediate financial benefits and flexibility.

🤔 What would you prefer?
✅ Entire hike added to fixed salary
OR
✅ Part fixed salary + part one-time bonus
