Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Configure and manage Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Create automations for data imports, exports, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Develop audience segmentation using SQL queries and Data Extensions.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, external applications, and third-party platforms using APIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability.
• Implement personalization, dynamic content, and triggered communications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver customer engagement solutions.
• Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Experience in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Extensions.
• Experience with Triggered Sends, Transactional Messaging, and Dynamic Content.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and SFMC Integrations.
• Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile methodologies.
• Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
• Experience with MobilePush, SMS, WhatsApp, and Mobile Studio.
• Understanding of Customer 360 and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM integrations and customer analytics.
