Technology analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce applications using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
• Develop and customize SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) based storefronts.
• Create and maintain cartridges, controllers, pipelines, ISML templates, and jobs.
• Implement front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Integrate SFCC with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, Tax, and Shipping providers.
• Configure catalogs, promotions, campaigns, content assets, and customer groups in Business Manager.
• Develop REST and OCAPI-based integrations.
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) development.
• Expertise in SFRA architecture and cartridge development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, jQuery.
• Experience with ISML templates, Controllers, OCAPI, SCAPI, and Web Services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Business Manager configurations.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, GitHub.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts including Catalogs, Search, Promotions, Checkout, and Order Management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
