About this role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Test Salesforce customizations such as Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Verify integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Perform API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and REST APIs.
- Validate data migration and data integrity during Salesforce implementations.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release validation activities.
